We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following policy applies: A 40% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We will contact you a few days before your event to confirm whether you would like to proceed based on the weather forecast. In case of light rain, we are usually able to proceed safely. However, in case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule when possible. Your safety and overall experience are always our top priority.

We proudly serve San Francisco, San Jose, and surrounding areas. If your event location is outside of these areas, please contact us for a custom quote. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup requirements.
